Ingredients:
- Skinless, boneless chicken breast
- Green beans
- Red pepper
- Fresh Spinach
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt
- Garlic salt
- Garlic
Preparation:
In a pan, heat 1/2 spoon of olive oil and spread it with a napkin. Once hot, place the chicken, add garlic and salt. Cook until golden.
In a separate pan, heat the other half spoon of olive oil and cook the green beans and the red pepper for 5 minutes (don't over cook it so it is crunchy). Add garlic salt. Serve on top of the spinach.
