Ingredients:
For the beef:
- Extra-lean ground meat
- Garlic, onion, red pepper
- Salt, garlic salt, cumin, any other spice you'd like
- Olive oil
For the salad:
- Chopped kale, carrots, celery and radicchio
Preparation:
In a hot pan, add the oil and the garlic. Before garlic turns brown, add the onions until caramelized. Add the meat, peppers and spices. Once cooked, mix with the salad.
