Ingredients:
- Ground beef
- Diced onions, red peppers, and tomatoes
- Avocado
- Lettuce
- Olive oil
- Lime juice
Preparation:
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Once it's hot, add the diced onions and, when it starts turning brown, add the red peppers, the tomatoes and the ground beef. Add salt and spices as desired.
In a food processor, mix the avocado, onion, red pepper, salt, lime juice and olive oil and blend.
Use the lettuce as a taco shell and build your taco!
