Ingredients:
- Shrimp
- Broccoli flowers
- Cucumber
- Green Mix
- Tomatoes
- Garlic salt
- Garlic
- olive oil
For the dressing:
- Plain yogurt
- Lime juice
- Pepper (optional)
Preparation:
Add a teaspoon of olive oil to a pan. When hot, add the garlic and, before the garlic starts getting brown add the shrimps (clean and without shells). Add the garlic salt. Once the shrimps turn pink, they are ready! Let them cool down
In a bowl, add the green mix, the broccoli flowers, the sliced cucumber and tomatoes, and the cool cooked shrimps.
Dress with plain yogurt and lime juice.
