Walnuts/Honey Grilled Salmon with baked sweet potatoes and Salad

Ingredients:

  • Fresh salmon
  • Small sweet potato
  • Teaspoon of honey
  • Tablespoon of crushed walnuts
  • Cucumber
  • Avocado
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Radicchio
  • Olive oil, salt, garlic salt, dry basil, dry oregano, lime juice

 

Preparation:

Salad: Chop and mix the avocado, grape tomatoes in half, radicchio and cucumber. Dress with lime juice, salt and olive oil

Sweet potatoes: Cut it into small cubes, rub with olive oil, garlic salt, oregano and basil. Bake until soft

Salmon: Mix the walnuts and honey and place it on top of the salmon. Grilled or cook it on a covered pan with 3 tablespoons of water. Steam until cooked.
