Being active has always been an important part of my life. From ballet, gymnastics, and synchronized swimming as a kid, to Flamenco dance years later, I have always been really passionate about exercising.

But it wasn't until I found myself at a stage of my life when I became so busy with my long-hours corporate job, 3 young kids, and the daily challenges that most of us face in today’s busy world, that I realized the importance of keeping a balanced-healthy lifestyle and making time for myself.

My goal is to help you achieve a long-term, sustainable, healthy lifestyle, and look and feel great in the process! I constantly look for opportunities to get new skills and incorporate them into my workouts and programs, so they are effective and fun!

What is Real Fitness

Real Fitness was born from the fact that, despite being a fitness professional, and aware of what it takes to have six-pack abs or the body of a fitness model, I've found myself feeling down after spending some time looking at Instagram fitness posts. 

Even though I recognize the value of social media to reach people globally, their benefits from a business perspective, and all the information that can be found there, I'm not a fan of how we sometimes feel when comparing ourselves to the "perfect" body image that is usually showcased, or the way how some fitness companies/creators offer "miraculous" solutions (that sometimes don't even work) to people that believe in the ads or are not familiar with workouts or fitness in general.

Looking like a Fitness model is not easy, and it is not realistic for me (and a lot of people) to keep up with the nutrition and workout schedule that it requires.

Maybe you are somehow like me: multiple pregnancies, going through menopause (almost 50), stretching my days to be able to do everything that I need to do, and still trying to find time for myself and my health. I love exercising and being healthy, but I also LOVE eating pizza and having ice cream with my kids 🍦

I wanted to create a place where people like me can have everything they need to feel motivated, stay active, be healthy, look better, and stop guessing about what exercise routine to do or what to eat.

Fitness is not a destination, it's a way of leaving, and I want to help you adopt it for good. There is a lot of information and free content online, but it could be overwhelming and confusing. I want to give you everything I've been trained for so far in the programs I design and make it available to you.
