Refunds & Cancellations

The Membership and Membership PLUS can be cancelled at any time. Please make sure to initiate the cancellation at least five (5) business days before the renewal date to avoid charges to your credit card/PayPal account.

When cancelling the Membership or Membership PLUS five (5) business days before the renewal day, the next payment period based on the period you selected at the time of registration (monthly, quarterly or annually) will not be processed, and you will continue to have access to the service until the last day of the period that you paid for.
